So what ranking would UGA get if they just got low 4 stars at every position and finished 10th in the rankings? They have no holes on their roster. Would they get an A because they didn't have any holes on the roster after the 23 Class and First portal period?

This method of grading doesn't make much sense because ultimately you are just grading the roster as a whole - not just the recruiting class. So I disagree on that is fully how you want to grade a recruiting class. Obviously you need to grade on a curve, but the thing is we had the #7 ranked...
