    I like most of it and I’m certainly no expert. I think HIIT workouts are great for our conditioning and certainly helped me in that aspect, but can also sacrifice some overall strength gains.

    Nope. Something that I personally like a lot and did back home on my own. I think there’s a hill near tropical park that some guys would go to on their own

    Yes I forgot to add those in. Box jumps both double and single leg, jumping over hurdles and sticking landing, bosu ball balancing etc

    I don’t necessarily agree with all of their philosophies, but the workouts are certainly no joke now. There’s no down time, constantly doing something and being pushed.

    A lot of Olympic lifting and focusing more on 3-5 reps explosively rather than max outs. A lot of single leg work as well. Sleds/prowlers, not sure what else they’re doing since I left

    From a conditioning standpoint, Felder’s program is night and day beyond what Swasey’s was. I really enjoyed both coaches, but Felder focuses much more on HIIT workouts, more running/conditioning drills during workout sessions, and in practice players have to sprint to hoops on the sidelines...
