That’s too much of a risk to put Phillips that high if there wasn’t legit interest in him.
He’s a hack but he has done it so long you have to trust his sources. He wouldn’t put a guy that high without knowing there is legit interest in the guy.
Sucks losing him but there’s no sense in coming back. Roche isn’t lining up across from him next season. I mean Kiper has him as his #1 rated DE.
