Don’t know the exact details but it’s been posted that he was suspended twice in basically half a school year. I ain’t down with that unless it was some act of self defense.

One thing I can say is I’m not thrilled about a kid that can’t stay off the suspension list like Tyler.

That’s true about Hammett. He’s a longer guy. I’m just not a big fan of it. I would rather shoot my shot with the Hattley kid I brought up then try to convert an edge. The percentages are just better. You’re also right on Poole as well.

That still doesn’t mean he can ever play in coverage. At least Poole was a safety so I’d didn’t have those concerns and Troutman was a legit 4-3 backer. You gotta trust that your LBs are comfortable in coverage.

Nothing if we’re talking about edge guys. I’m not a fan of taking edge guys and telling them to play in space especially if we don’t know how athletic they are. Nothing against him, just the staff.

I mean you’re trusting them when it comes to taking kids like Brooks and Hammett who are edge guys that only fall into flat coverage and don’t do actual drops. This staff has to teach Hammett to play in coverage so why can’t they take an RB who already know the “find the hole, hit the hole”...

They didn’t put hundreds of players in college. Most kids don’t go to school for ball. The only coaches that have that actual tally in the HS coaching scene right now are Ice and Max. No one else has been around long enough to do that. 80% percent of your coaches down here don’t have the resume...
