They both competed in the exact same elite 11 event and most of the scouts/analysts had Emory rated higher at the end of the event.

I don't think a QB room with Emory vs Brown is competitive enough for '24, assuming Garcia leaves after starting in '23.

And he doesn't have an offer from FSU,who would know all about him.
