🙄 ok captain obvious. Just like Lingard wanted to play week 0. You don’t play a guy knowing he’s at a high risk of injury. Even minor ankle injuries need more than a week to heal properly. The minor ankle can easily turn into a full break or high sprain. See Mark Walton a couple years ago. ****...

I'd prefer to just let him heal. Let Payton, Wiggins, and Martell get some more snaps this week. Then Pope can work his way back in when he's 100%. It's the one position where we have depth. Take advantage of it.

It looks like we will be getting these guys back for ACC play. That's a huge plus for depth we missed early on.
