Yeah...for the first time in a long time we hired coordinators that the players don't have to look up figure out who they are. Things are different around here.

Just guessing here but maybe it wasn't up to Michigan because it may not just be about money. One could make an argument that given skill players we have he would have an easier path to a HC job here....kinda like Lashey did.

Perhaps that's what he emphasized in Michigan because that's the personal they have....maybe he will emphasize something different here given the personal we have. Just a thought.
