They were an 11 seed that had a cinderella run. That happens sometimes in basketball. They werent a great team, so I'm not sure what the point is here.
Add Holyfield, Enaruna, add a 5th yr Center and now suddenly we'd have a really solid roster for next season. Let's hope it happens.
Cant overstate how huge it is to win the Beverly recruitment
And you're citing 1 guy, and ignoring recent players
Zach Johnson was a good player. So was Murphy. McGusty is a guy the coaches think will be really good.
If you want to be depressed, fine. But arguing Miami shouldnt take transfers doesnt make much sense. Should we not take HS recruits...
Murphy was really good, he was a beast on defense and rebounding. That's a definite hit.
Zach Johnson played well this year. That's almost as good as it gets with a grad transfer. You dont get spectacular grad transfers so I dont know what you expect.
McGusty is supposed to be really good...
With Dewan almost certainly leaving after this year and Izundu a senior, we really need to land a grad transfer PF/C. That should be 1 spot. Then take 1 regular transfer, and hopefully 4 HS guys (Wong, both Walkers, Carey hopefully)
