Certain mopes will ALWAYS blame Rumph. If Rumph personally recruited and signed 2 5-star cornerbacks tomorrow, certain people would complain about "why didn't he do this in prior years".

Let's try being secretive for a few months. I cannot imagine NOT having others lined up, if you take the extreme and unpopular step of cutting loose a long-time verbal. Savion is still on our verbal list, right?

I think we need to bail on the "if Blades bails" talk. I love the Miami kids and I want them to succeed, but I think Blades has been way too inconsistent to justify leaving early. And I think he knows it. And among all our players, I think he is in the least amount of need for money.

Why not? Recruit him until the echo of the whistle.
