I will gladly give up my Temple-Wagner-UAB-Pitt-UNC-Duke tickets in exchange for an F$U guarantee. And I will scream 5x as loud to make up for the fans not in attendance. I am assuming that a rule like this (largely) means that the ticket allocation for visitors/opponents will be cut to the bone.
