We have a great tradition of Native-Americans: Jim Wahnee and Andy Sixkiller in the mid-60's. I think both might have been originally from Oklahoma Indian Country. Sixkiller probably should have been an All-American. I would guess both were Cherokee but just guessing. There might have others...
