OK, but I've been reminding people what the U in LSU stands for, but the S is also quite important. If the University has to shut down for governmental or revenue reasons, the football program seases. It's laughable that their library is in disarray and they can't survive without contributions...

Does anyone realize that if LSU fails as a university, they would have to close the football program? I think some people are missing this point. I see people posting "what kind of 40 time does the library have?" and "libraries don't score touchdowns" The school is nearly bankrupt.

Say what you will about Miami, but at least they still know what it means to be a university.
