Old pal, this is free year for all participants. So if you're a senior this year, you can come back and play next year.

Many have tried to bite Kevin S's inimitable style, but they've failed miserably. Theirz olny 1 Kevin S lol

Feels good to be able to pound my prodigious chest a little again. Been a fcking mopefest for so long being a UM fan.

If I had to guess on a replacement from within, it would be Justice. He has a spread background, and seems like a bright guy. Let's see though. We should be making a concerted effort to train Lash's replacement while he's here. Good news is there are spread guys out there versed in similar...

We haven't innovated on offense since Erickson got here in 89. That's over 30 years, bro. And Bolden has that feel doesn't he? We've seen great S play here and know what it looks like. This is the first glimpse we've had of that in awhile too. We've had a few good over the last 10 years but...

You're right on point with feeling there's still some meat on the bones. 17 was full of fortunate twists, but you knew we weren't as good as we appeared. I don't have that feeling this year. A great offense gives you a margin of error.

We'll find someone, but KJ Costello ain't no D'Eriq King. Not even close from the standpoint of the stress he puts on an opposing D. King is so special as a college QB. I'm just going to enjoy this season, friend.

Not always as easy as paying more. A winner like Lash wants to be a HC and run his own program. If the right offer comes, he's gone.

Bubba will be a great ambassador for our program like Colbert. To transfer here and flourish into a 1st round pick would be incredible for us. Same hope with Lash. I think if it's going to happen it'll be a package deal with him and King. Either they both come back or they're both gone.

I'd actually feel pretty good kicking off 2021 against Baga with King and Lash back. Without them, not so much. LOL.

Short answer: Too many cooks in the kitchen working from grandma's old recipes. All the glory years alums were always in everyone's ears about "the Miami brand" and how it's pro style bro and all that nonsense. It got to be like USC and Baga only wanting to hire alums to coach there.

It was like he chose that big stage for his coming out party. Like I said, that's the standard now. He can't go back to coasting and being low energy after that. He was possessed.

Thanks for the good words, bro. You know what my hope is? That Lash doesn't get the HC gig he wants after this season and comes back and convinces King to come back. If Lash leaves, King leaves even though I suspect you're right about him not being a high NFL pick. Maybe a guy who made that...

I completely forgot about Gil. Thanks for reminding me, bro. He was at his best against FSU. Best he's ever played, and that's the standard for him now, so there's no turning back, Gil. You showed us what you're capable of and the energy you can bring. One thing that makes me even more hopeful...

Here we go, boys! This team has some of that 2019 LSU feel to it. Same type of metamorphosis is going on in Coral Gables--a good defensive team that constantly languished in the Stone Ages on offense. Lash is our Joe Brady. King is our Burrow. We've actually got better talent at RB, and they had...
