    2x100 + 2x45x + 1x25 + 1x5+ 1x2.5 per side = 322.5x2 = 645 + 55lb squat bar = 700 total. Beltless, it seems, and I couldn’t see any knee wraps or sleeves. No lift - not to depth, but this wasn’t an IPF competition. Impressive for a college football player.

    Hook grip? Kills my thumbs. Probably need to spend more time on it. Straps? Great idea for ‘high’ volume or near-max efforts.

    And, that lift didn’t look like more than three 20k plates per side. Hardly a max effort for a 200lb RB. Also, it’s a high bar squat so the lifter should be trained how to bail. Low bar - use a cage.
