    Yes. The stone needs to be rippin' hot to cook the crust before the mozzarella turns into a yellow pile of grease.

    Yeah I broil the stone for an hour on the top shelf. Then move it to center rack and convection roast @550 the pizza for about 4min. One day i'll get a (semi) proper pizza over.

    In honor of our last band thread I thought i'd settle the debate. The best pizza is homemade. Had a dough-ball left from last week garnished with fresh basil from the garden.
