Missing the bigger picture....why would a parent want their child in a toxic culture? Why would the kid, if they can go elsewhere without the drama?
Separate that point from our play, coaching, admin, etc, Two different issues.
The basic premise of the OP is not wrong - Manny is a symptom of the problem, not the problem. Replacing him alone wont solve the issues. For those of you with limited brain power, that is not an endorsement of Manny.
