    Inconsistent? More like consistently mediocre.

2007 is an all time low standard that will never be equaled. Or God forbid that it is equalled, anyway.

Probably right, but the rest of 2017 was something of a joke.

And somehow Golden was allowed back after that fiasco.

I don’t even remember that play, but we wouldn’t have played for a NC with a 24 point loss to Va Tech.

I’m sure that we had injuries at the end of 2017, but the same is true of most teams. The end of the year is when injuries pile up. It’s probably almost unheard of for a team to be playing its 22 regular starters at the end of the season. People still slurp 2017 to the point of ridiculousness.

2004 and 2005 were 9-3, not 9-4. There were only 11 regular season games in those days.

    Not including the current unfinished season, I’d rate them as 1. 2004 2. 2005 3. 2017 4. 2016 5. 2009 6. 2013 7. 2008 8. 2012 9. 2011 10. 2010 11. 2015 12. 2018 13. 2006 14. 2014 15. 2007 As depressing as it sounds, 2004-2005 is better than any seasons since. Generally a pile of crud...
