That kid in second place is a 4* WR speedster in the '24 class. Those are two fast times, that's for sure. WR for the 60 is 6.34. There's a bunch of times posted between there and the WR, but he's crushing it in high school. The high school record is 6.57 and has stood for 23 years. Kids...

While they do, there's schools that dominate how many that go to the Olympics from that school. It's no different than college football to the NFL. Players come from all over, but there's programs that send a bunch yearly. Out Olympic athletes over 20 years would only take one hand to count...

That and school. Seems most kids just take off and go somewhere whenever they want anymore. I have said from day one he won't come here if track is a big factor in his recruitment. Still, this kid seems to have it together on all fronts, school, sports, quality family, etc.

That's a new twist, a parent on campus before a recruit. I don't recall did he visit last year officially or unofficially? Irregardless, a parent checking us out means there's interest.

Kids recruitment is very quiet, that's for sure. Is LSU recruiting him for the offensive side of the ball? They're the best T&F team of his final five by a huge margin.

I've said all along, WR. Let him do his track thing, see where it takes him, and he can still play that position. Hands, how good is he at catching the ball? Any other position in the field and he's going to have to transform his body which will eliminate him from track.

With NIL, can you go pro in something else and then come back to college? You could do that with baseball, but that was the only exception I know of. Now the line is even more gray.
