2023 Nyckoles Harbor: 6'5, 230 ATH from DC

I don't feel that it's the main factor. If he was to come here, he won't, it would be for NIL above all else.

Wow, that was pretty ballsy of you. Did you tweet @Brooklyndee about it afterwards?

    Sad, but funny as well.

They're either going to offer an insane amount of money to get him here, which he still is likely to decline I'd think, or it's a waste of time. We'll be dodging any questions he has about T&F. I'm sure he already knows how bad it is, but 1 male Olympian in the history of the program speaks...

Then he turned back towards the field as the guy who was talking to him started rambling on about Butch and things 20 plus years in the past. I'm messing with you SWFL.

That kid in second place is a 4* WR speedster in the '24 class. Those are two fast times, that's for sure. WR for the 60 is 6.34. There's a bunch of times posted between there and the WR, but he's crushing it in high school. The high school record is 6.57 and has stood for 23 years. Kids...

While they do, there's schools that dominate how many that go to the Olympics from that school. It's no different than college football to the NFL. Players come from all over, but there's programs that send a bunch yearly. Out Olympic athletes over 20 years would only take one hand to count...

That and school. Seems most kids just take off and go somewhere whenever they want anymore. I have said from day one he won't come here if track is a big factor in his recruitment. Still, this kid seems to have it together on all fronts, school, sports, quality family, etc.

That's a new twist, a parent on campus before a recruit. I don't recall did he visit last year officially or unofficially? Irregardless, a parent checking us out means there's interest.

Best in the world and that's no lie. There's some that have a cool smaller feel to them, but overall it's beyond compare.

Yes, but their men took a dive and they fired their men's head coach earlier this year. They'll get it together though as they expect championships.

Most certainly. Two elite track programs that do big things yearly. I'd bet they have more Olympians together than any other two schools.

It's going to be interesting to see what happens with this young man. Football stardom? Track stardom? A combo of both? What position and does he sacrifice speed in T&F for a serious football pursuit? WR is the one spot he could train similarly and max both. Looking at his times, he's got...

I didn't know they were the leader. I'm sure he has good relationships with all five schools, otherwise they wouldn't be there. IMHO, while relationships matter, they can always end. Make a business decision on schools, not emotional ones. If T&F is a big part of that, LSU should be his...

2023 Nyckoles Harbor: 6'5, 230 ATH from DC

Kids recruitment is very quiet, that's for sure. Is LSU recruiting him for the offensive side of the ball? They're the best T&F team of his final five by a huge margin.

2023 Nyckoles Harbor: 6'5, 230 ATH from DC

I've said all along, WR. Let him do his track thing, see where it takes him, and he can still play that position. Hands, how good is he at catching the ball? Any other position in the field and he's going to have to transform his body which will eliminate him from track.
  18. SayWhat

2023 Nyckoles Harbor: 6'5, 230 ATH from DC

Track is a factor so you're seeing teams selling him on the offensive side of the ball which will allow him to keep his frame. Some are selling both or whatever the heck he wants to do essentially. Figured he'd be an offensive recruit when it's all said and done. He ends up at edge, his track...

He's not going sub 10. Only one high schooler ever has, Boling who went to Georgia. He's also seemingly plateaud there. Fast kid for sure and even faster if he lost 20 pounds. I don't know what he'll do, but I wonder how much of what Eeriyon Knighton is doing factors into some of these...

With NIL, can you go pro in something else and then come back to college? You could do that with baseball, but that was the only exception I know of. Now the line is even more gray.
