That isn't accurate. Nobody is using the manpower or time to investigate a $500 banner with no monetary ties to a recruit. If we were flying 10 banners, every recruiting weekend, taking out billboards with recruits names, etc....then maybe.

It's no different than holding up a sign at a game. As long as it doesn't come from the school, then it should be okay.
