I agree with mostly all of that. The main thing I disagree with is that there aren't enough good coaches out there. The problem to me is the expectations. Everyone has sky high expectations, but there are always going to be winners and losers. For every 10-2 team, there's going to be an 8-4...

Large buyouts will remain as that is the standard contract that every coach has. It's basically guaranteed money and nobody is giving that up. Fans suggesting otherwise are delusional.
