They were certainly Tough times...No doubt....Butch could barely hold practices in 97 due to sanctions....it was quite the mess.. But Butch had a plan...he knew it wasn't gonna happen overnight...The Closeness of those teams were unparalleled...The practices from 98-2000 were Ruthless....

Look....The entire FB Staff from 95-2000 put up with constant BS from the Administration/BOT/etc....They handed Butch and his Staff a Gigantic Pile of Sh*t in 95....an Incredible Staff, that was incredibly under payed as well....If people actually saw what Butch put up with, on a daily basis...

Tons of stories...bottomline...Pete was Recruiting director for 2yrs under Erickson...and Butch's Director of Operations from 96-2000...Then Vice President of the Cleveland Browns...Hired Butch in 2016...Good Dude...always treated me like Gold...
