I agree that we probably couldn't just boot Wake.... just saying I'd like to see it happen because they're basically a G5 team that's been grandfathered in to the ACC. They don't really belong. I totally disagree on adding any of those G5 teams you mention. Cincinnati/Temple/Tulane/etc...

Just from the ACC's point of view, I could see West Virginia adding some value (not a lot), but Cincinnati/USF/UCF would be a waste of everyone's time. I totally agree. Those teams just don't move the needle.

What team is available that's going to capture a "major market?"

IF the ACC could get Notre Dame to join, then Notre Dame would probably get to choose who joins with them. They have all the leverage. We would probably have to invite Army, Navy, and Notre Dame.... and kick out someone like Wake Forest to get to an even 16. Probably impossible to boot an...
