Impossible. That would take an area the size of 62% of Hard Rock stadium UNDER ground? Expensive ... would cost more than the stadium .... and in and out?? He might have spaces for 10% of the parking (16,000 total is what was stated) ... and even that is $$$$$.

Wrong ... he said there would be SOME PARKING underground in addition to parking around the stadium. No way you get 16,000 + parking spaces under the stadium.
