2023 Nyckoles Harbor: 6'5, 230 ATH from DC

Oh yeah, no doubt. It’s just crazy I was thinking about the Shadeur UA deal, & now he’s at a Nike school, a firmly entrenched Nike school. Lol. But, for sure, they would definitely give him say so & feature him a lot in their ads. It’s so weird saying UA & financial issues in the same sentence...

Not sure how UA can put together an impressive NIL for him, when they r in dire financial problems & there’s uncertainties about their contract renewal in 2024 w/ Maryland. UA’s operating budget plummeted by 87% towards the end of last yr. They r literally playing w/ monopoly $$, relying solely...

Listen, I promise u I’m not trying to attack u, but I need this board to stop asking this ? I’m not sure when this became a CIS thing, but most likely it’s under the same derivative of kids going to Bama, UGA, OSU “only” b/c of bags. For the umpteenth time, the main priority of most big time...

I’m pretty sure this guy is focused on athletics, specifically track. Oregon is a top 25 Outdoor T&F program & top 10 Indoor T&F program. This is y I was meh about him coming here. Anything can happen, but it’s been pretty well known he wants to go somewhere where there’s a strong T&F program...

Reports r speculating that UO may be shifting in to the driver seat on this one. Free article from On3, so no copy & paste violation: Washington (D.C.) Archbishop Carroll five-star athlete Nyckoles Harbor has scheduled an official visit to Oregon, he told reporters at hotel check-in for the...

I’m just wondering how serious he is about football. I was actually surprised he doesn’t have any eye popping stats, either. He appears when he focused on defense last yr, he was a menace, but now he’s putting up pretty pedestrian #’s on both sides of the ball. We’ll see how he fares.

Once this kid mentioned T&F, we had no shot.

Right, & that’s the reason why I used the term “can” earn, & then used The GOAT as an example. Bolt is the pentacle of a track star, so how many more r going to make that much? Bolt was box office, & we hadn’t seen box office prior to him since Michael Johnson & Carl Lewis. Those guys don’t...

2023 Nyckoles Harbor: 6'5, 230 ATH from DC

I was reading some info on track guys, & yes, they “can” make a nice living, but it pales in comparison to top guys in the 4 major sports. As an example, Usain Bolt is the most dominant track star in the game, yet he’s only worth $90m. From the age of 17 to 35, he’s accumulated a net worth of...

Here were the Finals Rankings (Top 25): UF #1 in both men & women this yr (double Nat’l Champions) Men (Private Schools): Princeton # 7 Stanford # 8 USC #12 Baylor #18 Women (Private Schools): Stanford #18 Duke #21

Yeah, I agree. It’s either u’re fast or not w/ track. And if u r fast, u can definitely improve w/ the proper coaching, nutrition, regimen etc. I, too, was a track guy in HS (100 & 200). That’s an interesting question regarding the scholly aspect for Miami’s T&F; that I don’t know. But if it’s...

Wait a minute; u’re double talking right now. This argument have been used for **** near every program: it’s not the coaching, it’s not having the caliber of athletes. All I know right now, the T&F program is not up to par, so any kid who’s serious about T&F is not choosing Miami as its destination.

2023 Nyckoles Harbor: 6'5, 230 ATH from DC

Ehhh, not trying to be a dyck, but our track is not up to par. Using the ACC as a gage is not really the best as they were a no show at the Outdoor Nationals this yr in both women & men events. Also, track is an individual sport, but its based upon team success. Our Men’s team was ranked 13th...

This is a kid who’s a top priority on my list. Dude is a sick athlete, however, the ? I had was, how serious is this dude about T&F.

Question; how serious, serious is this youngin about track? If he’s serious, could that be a factor in his decision on the program he attends? Reason being, 3 of those 7 are ranked top 15 in T&F.
