This I agree w/ but we can only do that by 1. Developing our own players 2. Continue to keep guys from making foolish mistakes leaving early prematurely 3. Picking portal guys who will be here for 2-3 yrs vs. being a 1 yr carousel. Then the portal will become a strategy vs. a tactic.
