AB was the best WR for a 5 yr stretch. 7x pro bowler, 5x all pro, and an all decades team member. To me; once u hit all decades, u gotta be considered for the hall. That means u were one of the best players for a decade. But w/ his off the field problems, I’m not sure he gets the call, which...

Bingo; he’s not in b/c of his attitude. That’s b.s to me. Judge a player off what he did on the field; not b/c he isn’t your butt buddy. Smh

Facts; and ppl truly forget how chitty those Bears teams were on O. Ppl always talk ‘85 Bears w/o realizing he played w/ an one eyed QB, and a WR who was a track star w/ inconsistent hands. He didn’t have PBs surrounding him like that. Dude was 5’10 & played the game like he was 6’4. His...

I agree w/ u. The reason I put Ricky in there is b/c he only played 10 seasons, but has close to 15k all purpose yards & 91 Tubs. Half his career was in the PB, and he’s a SB champ. But again, he wasn’t a media friendly guy, & I know they knock players on that. Foreman is a huge head...

From a defensive aspect, I look at John Lynch, Carnell Lake, Darren Woodson & Lance Briggs From an offensive aspect, I look at Chuck Foreman, Otis Anderson, Ricky Watters, Roger Craig I’m sure I’m missing some others from an old school standpoint, but those were some names that flew off my mind

Exactly; when I brought up Portis & how he got snubbed out some hardware his rookie yr, ppl said it’s b/c he played in a RB friendly running scheme....and they said literally every RB had a good season or two in Denver as a RB. My next argument was just what u said; then why is Davis in the HOF?

The king of 7 yrd routes. Lol. But he was reliable w/ no gloves. 1st down machine that never took a play off.

So I heard he wasn’t that great w the media. I love Sayers; but Sharpe has a better resume than Sayers. I’m not sure why Sharpe gets the shaft. Davis definitely don’t belong in the hall before Sharpe. Sharpe dominated all 7 yrs he played, and didn’t miss a game until the neck injury. To me...

As a Bears fan & watched Sterling abuse us year after year, I approve of this message. He belongs in the Hall. It was him, Rice, & Brown vying for the best receiver in the NFL every year for 7 yrs.
