We blew most of the extra money CIS had on some sort of consultant who specializes in website themes so this is who we could hire with whatever change we had left over.
OP shows up every few months, posts some crazy **** and disappears then returns. Pretty harmless IIRC - like a happy California guy who just smoked some good happy weed and wants to share his high with us.
