Spot on. I think we see this at TE but if we see the same group in other positions, especially LB, DL and CB, then things are positive.

I’ve been complimentary of the recruiting with the exception of LB and CB. Those guys moving to off field roles is different from being a position coach/recruiter. Add in TRob and Aristide and its a big difference. I expect to land some stud players at LB and CB… something Rumph and Baker didn’t do.

An additional year and TRob, Aristide and Simpson, plus DVD on the field instead of Rumph, makes a big difference but keep your usual shill routine going. This is a massive upgrade.

Evals and doing the things needed to close. I think a good number of us, who don’t systematically slurp, sense for the first time in a long time that we finally have a recruiting staff doing the things needed, in the way needed, to step up to the next level from where we’ve been.
