Early signing day is virtually everything these days. We don’t lead for anyone of note for February. We did not fill massive needs at OL or CB and we will be scrambling for kids, once again, for lower down than who we could have had in the class. It’s the same story.

Ok. So they haven’t even reached out to Highsmith, according to Barry Jackson. That’s the bigger problem. If Highsmith were on board, I’m just saying to give him a chance, but according to this there is nothing there. That sucks.

I’m not disagreeing. And I wouldn’t dismiss Highsmith without giving him a chance.

Honestly, wherever we finish in the overall rankings will far outperform how we did on the field but the lack of filling positions of critical need is disastrous and will hurt Manny’s replacement. How in the world do these guys watch the OL all year and not aggressively try to bring in bodies...

We expect them to at least fill the positions of needs at CB, OL and after that, LB.
