You really don’t think that’s a reasonable inference from his quote? I’m not absolving the other people, especially the AD, but this was a bad thing for a journalist to say. It suggests that other factors will now influence how he performs what should be an unbiased job.

The AD is in the wrong. Ivins thought he was good with the coach invite and showed up. Then the AD goes even more in the wrong with having 5 cops toss him. Then that Warden dude says his stupid shît. Then Ivins says his stupid shît. And that’s where we are. A whole lot of stupid.

Yup. I agree with Ivins until this. No need to take it out on the kids. It’s the administration over there that’s messed up.
