Durham to no longer host the ACC tourney

What a terrible take on Mark Light and the experience. Have you actually ever been?

Durham to no longer host the ACC tourney

I'm not sure I see a connection to the ACC ******** over the non-Carolina teams and your comment? Oh, I know the ACC has the best interest of all the teams at heart, wink*wink

Durham to no longer host the ACC tourney

If it's a true bid then the ACC loses nothing based on attendance, unless they accepted a crappy bid.

Durham to no longer host the ACC tourney

Well, I'm not really sure who you're referring to, but to act like the ACC is fair and equitable to all the schools is disingenuous. Durham to no longer host the ACC tourney

Or you could have said that when you first posted considering the second post of the thread was questioning a bid process. You intentionally withed information. //I'm kidding

Durham to no longer host the ACC tourney

There is no "bid process" you issue an RFP and see what you get, and IIRC the attendance in Durham mostly sucks save for a few games anyway...

Durham to no longer host the ACC tourney

I think the part a couple of you missed in my OP was "accommodation", as with everything else the ACC does it seems the only concern is for the Carolina teams. If that's not entirely the case then they would put it out to bid. ****, the NCAA let's teams "bid" on regionals. The surest way to...

Durham to no longer host the ACC tourney

I'd be interested to see what would happen if they put it out to bid.

Durham to no longer host the ACC tourney

Can't say I'm disappointed. Again, it seemed to only be a accommodation to the NC teams. "However, a change in International League scheduling policy prevents the Durham Bulls from blocking out the dates needed for the tournament to be held at the DBAP, their home stadium."...
