It would be interesting to have the ability for the board to shut a poster down for a brief time as Main alluded to. So many down votes and your shut out for an hour, call it a cooling off period.

I'm an old Grassy alum from over a decade ago and I was very hesitant at first, but this site has really transformed over the years. Whatever you do IMO don't bring back the WEZ, too many "look at me" posters that aren't really fans IMO, but just want to stir the pot.
