Good late vig move towards Miami. Was -2.5 -109 minutes ago.

So our line hasn’t really budged. Very odd. Been -2.5 all week and at least the vig is higher on -2.5 than +2.5, but just odd that a Miami/FSU game line doesn’t move even half a point.

That game is slow af and may go beyond 3:30pm, forcing our game to start on ESPNEWS or some ****.

Awsi Dooger took a lot of flak for not posting predictions, but he was very knowledgeable about gambling.

I’m saying that not every casino offers the same line for the same game. And if you’re in Vegas, you can walk another casino or two down the Strip to the one offering the best odds. If you want to get Miami, why lay -2.5 when some outs offer -2? Will it matter? Likely not. But why risk it...

If I’m in Vegas I’d make sure I check the odds at vegasinsider.com and get down at -2 at some casino rather than -2.5. Could be a 30-28 game and I’d be ****ed if I lost several hundred by laying -2.5. It almost never ends up a 2 point game. Until it does.

The vig at Pinnacle is moving in FSU’s favor ever so slightly (now +2.5 -111). If Miami was the side the sharps liked, they wouldn’t marinate on this line and run the risk it moves to -3 before they bet. They’d have hit it already. I’d wait and see if the consensus line falls before laying...
