Willis was still pretty **** good in the NFL. My point is that some guys rehab from serious injuries and are fine (e.g. Drew Brees, Adrian Peterson, Jaylon Smith) and some aren't (e.g. Edge, Culpepper, etc.). It's way too early to know what the doctors say about Tua's recovery prognosis. But...

And if that's what doctors expect, he's done. But no one knows if he can rehab and be the same guy or not, it's way too premature. We heard this same doubt about McGahee some 17 years ago, and a bunch of other guys with major injuries, like Adrian Peterson and Frank Gore. They usually heal...

Agree. Look at how that offense looked with and without him. But I'd need multiple medical opinions confirming he would only be out for one season, and should make a full recovery to where he was, a la McGahee.

    Tua

Assuming this is not career-ending, and will just cost Tua one season, then he is definitely getting drafted in the first round. Did some of you forget that Willis McGahee had a vicious knee injury and the NFL knew he'd miss his entire rookie season and no one knew if he'd be the same back when...

I remember there were questions about Drew Brees' durability and us getting scared screwed us for 15 years. Let's not make the same mistake.

    Tua

You know what's funny? All these Tua haters were saying "oh, he's only good because he plays with a great OL and has Jeudy, Ruggs, and Smith." Well, so does his backup, who hasn't done **** since coming in the game. Tua is elite, Miami should still draft him.

    Tua

If he sits for the entire 2020 season then Miami would have two years of free agency and two years of drafts to improve the OL before Tua plays a snap behind it.

    Tua

I wonder how fall he falls in the Draft if he doesn't play another snap and doesn't participate in the Combine. I'm thinking he still goes top 10, maybe even top 5 and a team stashes him for a year to learn the pro game and rest. If not, remember he has the option to return to school next...

Yeah, if the Dolphins draft Herbert I'm going to be ****ed off. I actually rank him below Burrow, Tua, Hurts, and Love. There is not one aspect of Herbert's game that is elite to me.

Burrow? It's close, I have them 1.a and 1.b. Herbert? I don't like him as a first round prospect. He has a very robotic game, he's stiff. Reminds me of a sedated Colin Kaepernick out there. I'd prefer Hurts over Herbert.

Right hip injury. Screaming in pain and lifted by trainers off the cart. Fvck it, as a Fins fan I say draft him 4th or 5th overall (wherever we land) and let him sit and rest for a year behind Fitz while he learns the ropes, similar to Mahomes learning behind Alex Smith.
