It rotates. The market flows with the big names. This was an unusually high turnover year for wide receivers. Next year if someone like Myles Garrett or Aaron Donald get 30 plus then that’ll reset the DL market and they jump WR. QB, WR, OL, Pass Rusher and DB get paid period.
