The issue I can see is that both will demand 3yr guaranteed 100% money. In terms of Gleeson that will be roughly $1MM/yr and Yost will want $1.3+MM/yr which will put UM on the hook for $3MM to $4MM plus Manny's buyout. Oh any good OL and WR coach will want at least 70% guaranteed money also...
