Oh I definitely agree with keeping him if we can get trob or someone with more experience. Would be good for him to stay so he can learn. But I don't want him as my primary CB coach.

I understand that... But he was not a positional coach. That's a different story when you have to convince kids YOU can teach them and get them in the league. Especially with no track-record.

I definitely think he has great intelligence. But I honestly think what hurts us the most in recruiting is this exact thing. These kids want to play and be coached by a positional coach who has legit coaching experience. Imagine how easy it will be to recruit against us at that position.

I got love for DVD but PLEASE DON'T OFFER HIM THAT CB COACH POSITION!!! WE CAN'T KEEP "PROMOTING" AND HIRING ASSISTANTS WITH NO REAL COACHING EXPERIENCE!!!
