Let me simplify it even further since you are still not getting it. The average BC ratio of the 6 teams that have made the finals in the past 3 years is closer to 75% than 50%. AKA Manny isn't going to win schit if he keeps recruiting like he coaches at Va Tech.

Not really. If a kid is good you are most likely going to figure this out by the time they are entering their senior year. Of course there are kids who blow up their senior year or end up sucking their senior year, and they get moved up or down accordingly. However, this is less common.
