He’s not going to spend a single day in jail and the charges are going to be pled down or reduced. He will be playing against us. Possible game suspension(s), but he will suit up for us. If there was a pool, that’s where my money would go

With me a lot of it has to do with what’s that person’s history? I believe he has a clean sheet, no way I would recommend jail for him. But that’s just my opinion.

Yeah the only thing I don’t agree with you on, is him doing time even if the firearm is illegal. I don't see what purpose it serves, and there’s so many other people committing 1000 times worse offenses that are being let go.

Thanks. I realized it was going to be a challenge because Texas is a different state and all of this stuff varies from state to state, but just from a totally civilian point of view on my part, it just sounds exactly like what you said.
