Not arguing any of that. Also very willing to admit Tate is: 1. A legitimate athlete who 2. Has a great grasp of the offense. But I will reiterate, if he is a better WIDE RECEIVER RIGHT NOW than Pope, Wiggins, and Hightower, then those kids may as well hit the portal now.

I am firmly in the camp that the coaches play who they feel gives them the best chance to win. Their paychecks and therefore their lives depend on it. That being said, how awful and/or clueless do Pope, Hightower, and Wiggins need to be to be beaten out by a 5'10 kid who has been a WR for 45...
