The thing is you don't know what a 18-21 year old is going to do. Guys can leave at any time. It's a risk of adding 1 and losing 2 that you didn't want to lose. It's in Mario's hands. In Mario we trust. Just have to see how it plays out.

I agree, but that's not how today's players think. If there isn't a plan for them that they understand and trust will come true, they will leave. They also expect playing time to be a part of development and it should be.
