Beating Duke is one step towards a national seed. We have a game against the #1 team to improve our RPI. If you watched the NCST postgame interview with Gino you would know this.

We moved up 4 spots in the RPI delta. A win over WF would likely leapfrog UVA for a top 8 seed. These games matter.

Winning helps the seeding. It's not meaningless. Gino said so himself in the postgame. It also provides momentum.

Going 2-1 vs 1-2 is a big deal. Gino said so in the post game interview.

Are we not playing the game tomorrow against Duke? Yes, we have WF Saturday, but a great opportunity to move up in the RPI with a win against Duke.

It wasn't pretty but it's a win. They have to be much better against WF or it will be a repeat of not scoring and giving up double digit runs. Tomorrow doesn't matter, but a win would be great to maintain the RPI.

I love the slider from AoD. It makes his fastball much more effective as if it needed any help, but hitter just can't sit fastball or they look silly.
