I completely 100% disagree. What you are saying is that pitching accuracy is a skill you're born with and not learned or developed. Talent is developed. Period. Some guys don't develop. They have the same talent as the guys that do, but don'tdevelop to the next level. Otherwise, there's no...

Accuracy can be taught with proper mechanics. I don't think it takes talent to throw strikes. Guys in DII and DIII can throw strikes. They don't have the velocity or nasty slider or curveball to go with it. I think we're arguing apples and oranges.

I think we are talking about 2 different things. A guy that can throw 120 mph fastball has talent. If he can't throw a strike, his talent hasn't been developed. So, we have talent. For what ever reason, the talent hasn't been developed.

I don't think it's about talent. Talent is made up of the the physical tools of throwing. We have plenty of talented pitchers who throw hard. This is a location issue. For some reason, the veteran pitchers are not locating pitches. We saw some of that from the young pitchers today, but the...

It's good our pitchers are learning some hard lessons. You can't get away with serving up pitches over the middle of the plate. Best to learn that now before ACC play, but they better be quick learners or we are going to see the homerun ball all season.

He looked promising after last year. I was expecting him to take the next step and be the setup guy this year. Looks like he's regressed.

Gallo, like a lot of our veteran pitchers, can't locate his pitches. It's very disturbing to see our freshman pitchers pitching better than the veterans.

Where the **** were those good pitches been? "L" looked like a completely different pitcher the last 2 batters to close out the inning. He needs to do that on every hitter. The good stuff is great!!! The bad pitches are really bad. With consistency, I could see him being a staple reliever...

I don't know how this kid is our 1st reliever. I've seen nothing but meatballs from him.

Rosario can't locate his pitches. Same issues for 3 years. You can see the contrast to what the FL pitcher is doing. Similar stuff, but his location is A+.

Our hitters need to step out of the box and break up the rhythm of the gator pitcher. He's way too comfortable locating all his pitches on the black. That's the difference of going 1-2-3 and giving up 4 runs in the 1st. Location. Location. Location.

Rosario is leaving his pitches over the heart of the plate. Basically he's hanging his pitches. His stuff is good. His location is not.
