This game is disappointing thus far. The Canes look like they're satisfied with the series win and Clemson is desperate for the win. The team needs the killer instinct and not to be satisfied.

Doesn't matter how hard you throw if the batters can sit on the fastball disregarding the offspeed pitches. McFarlane needs to throw the offspeed pitches for strikes.

McFarlane has to develop his change-up as his 3rd pitch. He doesn't throw it with confidence which makes it easier for hitters to sit on his fastball. His misses are easy takes. He needs to be more around the plate and he'll have much more success. Right now, batters are sitting fastball...
