    I get that. If it's a guarantee he looking for than God bless him, I'm glad he's letting everyone know up front. Let him go there. There is a reason their culture is so toxic. If he wants to come here, he has to earn it. And if he's a good as everyone's saying, he will earn it.

    Neither should they. He has to earn it. If he's ready, he may not be the "feature back" but he'll get playing time.

    I said he will surprise a lot of people (those that look only at a stat sheet). I watched his play and the offense he was playing in. Based on that, I see his potential and admittedly am making a projection. My surprise would be if he doesn't establish himself.

    I think you answered your own question. Sell him on playing time regardless. Also, isn't he a bigger back? Carve him a role as the power back (within Laslee's offense) that complementary to what the others provide.
