    The OB was built in '37. Zoning restrictions and population are night and day. Besides, did the OB really work when you have front lawns being used for parking? (Well, It worked for me but CG doesn't want to hear about it). I posted above on an architect's plan to get Baylor's stadium done...

    Although I mentioned Baylor's approach to solving their problem, the Baylor stadium and immediate parking area is twice the size of CGHS. The pro's involved in this have to be even more creative...or, should I say, "convincingly creative".

    Not if you present the UCF model to the CG planning Board. The density of the UCF campus and surrounding areas to Coral Gables does not compare.
