Tackling is very basic and not at all an advance concept and yet....at every level you see it done poorly. Maybe you are referring to something specific but 1000s of high school players are just not all ready to go and need to be taught if you want to maximize their potential.

I agree. Generally, it takes more than a year to put in a new offense and running the same system for multiple years is key. But at the same time others have done it. Of course it also depends on the players you have, how similar to other systems, etc.
