Wake is not a home team anywhere. They have no fan base. As I said when the schedule came out, they couldn’t have done a worse job. A real disservice to fans. On another note, playing both games early is the only chance they have at getting them in. Can’t fault them for that.

D1 has us as a 12 across from 5 Clemson. ECU, TCU, Wright St in the regional. Not a bad regional draw. ECU is solid not great. Pitching depth is the issue. Their offense is good, but numbers are a bit inflated playing at Clark Leclair. TCU is the real wildcard. That matchup will be a good one.

Carolina could be the 12 seed and somehow win their pool. They always show up in this tourney. I really don’t get it. Doing this without their best player is wild.

B12 tourney is the wildcard right now. All of their “on the bubble to host” teams lost and WVU is down big in the 8th. Been a brutal day for all the 10-20 seeded teams that played. Here’s to hoping Auburn loses and continues that trend.
