We can complain that it isn't Schumann or Belk. Or we can actually objectively look at the hire, his excellent lb history, being a solid recruiter, and having some strong dc years and admit: he is an upgrade over what we have had in a while. That is called improving the program.

btw, comparing Diaz to Steele is not a joke but the disparity in their overall lb coaching, recruiting, and dc work is pretty large. No matter what anyone says he is an upgrade as a lb coach and DC in comparison to what we have had in a long time here.
