I agree that we likely lose, but there is no data for next season yet. Bama significant turnover since the title game last year. Maybe Alabama looks exactly like it did against Ohio State with a new coordinator, QB, and without Devonta Smith. Maybe they have growing pains.

I get that betting lines are, in fact, 100% reality. Even a 10 point spread is a 15% win likelihood, not 0%.

If you believe SP+ (I think the best CFB metric), we are an 8-point underdog. We will likely lose, but I don't understand the overwhelming pessimism.
